Q: Why is my delivery date changing?

A: To provide the best experience for our customers it is necessary to restructure our delivery routes for the most efficiency. We will do our best to minimize the impact of the date change.

Q: What is the credit card surcharge? 


A: Beginning on March 12, all credit card payments will, where permitted, have a surcharge. If you’d like to avoid this fee, you can sign up for recurring debit card payments or ACH payments by logging into your account and going to My Account, Saved Payment Methods then Add Payment Method. Please be sure to also select Automatic Payment Authorization.   

Q: What is the change to the billing on water dispenser rental ? 

A. ReadyRefresh customers who currently rent a water dispenser will now be charged a rental fee 13 times per year (previously 12 times per year.) You will see this reflected on your invoice.    

Q:What is the $6 administrative fee on my invoice?

Q: What is the bottle deposit for The Mountain Valley 2.5-gallon and 5-gallon glass bottles? 

A: There is a $30 deposit fee for each 2.5-gallon glass bottle and a $40 deposit fee for each 5-gallon glass bottle. We will provide a bottle deposit credit that will fluctuate with bottle orders in each delivery.

A: We will be delivering brands such as The Mountain Valley Spring Water®, and Primo Water™ purified water. For some parts of California and Texas, Sparkletts® purified water will also be available.

Q: When will new products be available to purchase?

A: We are working to get these new products available to all customers as soon as possible. As soon as we know when products will be available, we will notify customers immediately.

Q: Will my invoice change?

A: Your invoice will now include the name Primo Brands, as well as BlueTriton Brands. There will also be a change in format and color. Nothing else on the statement will change.

Q: Where should I send payments?

A: There have been some changes to the address to mail checks or bank information for electronic payments.  For convenience and efficiency, we offer an automatic payment option for either credit cards or ACH.  Please visit our website to update your account.  If you prefer to pay by check, please refer to the payment remittance section of your new Primo Brands invoice for the correct address.  If you prefer to wire, please contact us at BTBARProcessing@Bluetriton.com to obtain the correct banking detail.

Q: Will my business need new W-9s?

A: No, however an updated W-9 that removes a reference to the DBA of ReadyRefresh for BlueTriton is available by clicking here if desired.  Choose the W-9 that matches your assigned payment remittance on your Primo Brands invoice.  Please be aware that the EIN for BlueTriton Brands, Inc. has not changed. 

Q: What is the credit card surcharge? 


A: Beginning on March 12, all credit card payments will, where permitted, have a surcharge. If you’d like to avoid this fee, you can sign up for recurring debit card payments or ACH payments by logging into your account and going to My Account, Saved Payment Methods then Add Payment Method. Please be sure to also select Automatic Payment Authorization.   

Q: What is the change to the billing on water dispenser rental ? 

A. ReadyRefresh customers who currently rent a water dispenser will now be charged a rental fee 13 times per year (previously 12 times per year.) You will see this reflected on your invoice.    

Q:What is the $6 administrative fee on my invoice?

A: Customers who receive their invoice through the mail will now have an administrative fee of $6. To avoid this fee, sign up for e-invoices by logging into your account.https://www.readyrefresh.com/en/settings/notificationPreferences

Q: What is the bottle deposit for The Mountain Valley 2.5-gallon and 5-gallon glass bottles? 

A: There is a $30 deposit fee for each 2.5-gallon glass bottle and a $40 deposit fee for each 5-gallon glass bottle. We will provide a bottle deposit credit that will fluctuate with bottle orders in each delivery.
