Instructions on USPS eBuy Ordering on Catalog
5 Gallon Bottled Drinking Water Service
1. Go to USPS eBuy, hover the mouse over "Catalogs" and select Nestle Water
2. Find the 5-gallon bottle. Enter total quantity for the Fiscal Year (October through September)
3. For 5-Gallon - Indicate quantity per delivery frequency, enter quantity.
4. For 5-Gallon - Confirm the Delivery Frequency = monthly or biweekly
5. Hot/cold dispenser or Cold and Room Temp: Quantity = 1 per month for the Fiscal Year (October through September). *To add multiple coolers, please follow the instruction provided in the MLB - (MLB-CO-19-001) https://blue.usps.gov/supplymanagement/am_nmcs_mlb2019.htm

If multiple coolers, need to add the others to cart. The cooler line item in cart will have icons, ex. Trash can. One of the icons will read "add same item to cart". Hit icon for as many coolers as needed.
6. Optional if Site Needs - Flat bottom 9 oz. cups - Enter total quantity for the Fiscal Year (October through September)
7. Enter Justification & Submit the eBuy Requisition for local management approval
16.9 oz. cases/ Pallet/Truck Load
1. Follow the Step 1 from above to find Nestle Waters eBuy catalog, then find 16oz cases/Pallet/Truck Load
2. Enter total quantity needed, ADD to eBuy Cart, enter Justification & submit eBuy Requisition for local management approval
